This is for my Tauriel fic, “Daughter of Mirkwood“.
Summary: The waning sliver of moon takes Tauriel back to the night that forever separates her past from her present, for it was that same moon that looked down upon her the night everything changed, the night she lost the one she loved most. No romance implied or otherwise.

I saw this picture and immediately thought of this quote. And yes, I know Lewis didn’t write The Hobbit.

Narnia – part 6

Today is my parents’ anniversary. As a result, I was planning on working on a Caspian/Liliandil fic that I’ve started. To get in the mood, I was listening to Anthem Lights’ “So Beautiful”. In looking for screenshots of the two of them, I was reminded of Caspian’s line from the movie, “You are most beautiful.” And that led to thinking about a different fic idea. So I made a set. Spent a fair amount of time messing with Liliandil’s colouring (another reason why I begrudge the moviemakers for making her a blue star) to make her look slightly more human-like.
